are the exclusive property of Career Domain LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our proprietary AI prompts or frameworks to train your own AI models or distribute them to third parties. Any automated 'scraping' or systematic downloading of course content will result in immediate termination without refund.

6.2 Limited License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • Download or copy content (except as technically necessary for normal viewing)
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Distribute, transmit, or display content publicly
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

6.3 Restrictions on Use

You may NOT:

  • Screenshot, record, or capture any portion of our proprietary tools
  • Share login credentials or access with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. PROPRIETARY TOOLS AND APPLICATIONS

7.1 Access and Use

Access to Career Domain’s proprietary digital tools is subject to:

  • Active account status or valid coaching agreement
  • Compliance with these Terms
  • Payment of applicable fees

7.2 No Sharing or Distribution

You may not share access to our tools with anyone else. Each user must have their own account and license.

7.3 Termination of Access

Upon termination or expiration of your account or coaching agreement, your access to all proprietary tools will be immediately revoked.

You may export your own data created using our tools at any time during your active subscription period.

  • Interview outcomes
  • Specific career results

Career success depends on many factors beyond our control. Our proprietary AI tools are designed to assist in career positioning. However, Career Domain LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated text (resumes, LinkedIn content, etc.) before use.

12.3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Content is accurate, complete, or current
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Services are free from viruses or harmful components

12.4 Professional Advice Disclaimer

Career Domain is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, attorney, or financial advisor. Our Services do not constitute:
